Vuleo Windows (Previously PlayOnTV)

Vuleo is an IPTV player for Windows (64‑bit). Load your M3U playlists and watch Live TV, movies, and series with watch‑progress tracking and auto‑resume. 

How to install

  1. Download Vuleo<version>.exe.

  2. Run it — the installer doesn't need administrator rights and installs just for your user.

  3. (Optional) Keep Chromecast support ticked during setup to enable casting to Chromecast devices. You can choose Compact to skip it.

  4. Finish, then launch Vuleo and add your playlist.

  Requires 64‑bit Windows 10 or 11.

  About the "Windows protected your PC" warning

  This installer isn't code‑signed with a paid certificate, so Windows SmartScreen may show a blue "Windows protected your 

  PC" screen and list the publisher as unknown. This is expected and the app is safe to install.

  To continue: click More info, then Run anyway. Your browser may also warn that the file is "not commonly downloaded" — choose Keep / Keep anyway. The warnings disappear on their own as more people install this build.
